It’s that time of year again. Not only are we at the beginning of a new year, but we are at the beginning of a new decade. (Happy 2020!)

At the beginning of each year I always ask people if they set New Year’s Resolutions. I can’t tell you how many people roll their eyes and tell me how much they hate New Year’s Resolutions because they just don’t work.

I think this would all change if people looked at resolutions a little differently.
